The items below are for guidance only.

INDIVIDUAL instruction from £50 per hour plus expenses.  Two, Three or maximum Four person GROUPS from £25, £17 and £13 pp ph respectively.

 

GROUP CLASSES of ten or more start at £5 pp ph and are mostly dependant on venue and group levels.  Intermediate and advanced are usually smaller groups and these may involve a premium.

 

Prepayment and block bookings may attract discounts.  Feel free to discuss this but please note that all lessons must be consecutively taken.  CORPORATE arrangements are also negotiable.

Martial Arts

INDIVIDUAL instruction from £45 per hour plus expenses.  Two, Three or maximum Four people from £23, £16 and £13 pp ph respectively.

 

GROUP SESSIONS of fifteen or more are common, can be outdoors but please note that individual instruction time is often limited.  Prices, based on venue, numbers and equipment, start at £3 pp ph.

 

Prepayment and block bookings may attract discounts.  Feel free to discuss this but please take note that all lessons must be taken consecutively.  CORPORATE arrangements are also negotiable.

Personal Training

For SHORT TERM detailed contracts we work on a base figure of £30 to £45 per hour per person plus all justifiable expenses. 

TEAM SUPPORT PERSONNEL are available from £15 per hour plus expenses to support an existing framework.

 

Longer TERM CONTRACTS and retaining contracts are negotiable.

 

CORPORATE bookings are also negotiable for CPO work or simply to instruct employees on awareness and situation avoidance.
