Most of his clients are trained by him in the surroundings of their own home or office and he often invites clients to train at his home.

Downsides are a lack of amenities or equipment that might readily be seen in a gym environment.  Upsides are that there are little or no distractions or embarrassing moments.

Clients seen as a guest in his personal gym, or in theirs, should be aware that he acts only for their benefit and not for any club management.  He says, gym members pay their subscriptions and have every right to use whoever they wish to achieve their goals.

Training in parks and woodlands along with Circuit Training, inside or outside, are excellent ways to get fit.  These are especially beneficial for teams and groups.

As a Personal Trainer Nick regards it as his duty to ensure that his clients receive the maximum return for their trust in him.  He treat individuals as exactly that, listening intently to what he, she or they perceive as their ultimate goal.

Once decided on a mutually acceptable and agreed upon action plan, his aim is to guide them towards that goal with the least fuss and maximum of fun.  It is said that, ‘time flies while having fun’ but beware that an hour with Nick is long.

He does not believe in the maxim of ‘no pain no gain’, He prefers to think that good safe efforts provide good safe returns.  A little discomfort is acceptable for all at increasing levels, he says.
