Most of his clients are trained by him in the surroundings of their own home or office and he often invites clients to train at his home. 

 

Downsides are a lack of amenities or equipment that might readily be seen in a gym environment.  Upsides are that there are little or no distractions or embarrassing moments.

 

Clients seen as a guest in his personal gym, or in theirs, should be aware that he acts only for their benefit and not for any club management.  He says, gym members pay their subscriptions and have every right to use whoever they wish to achieve their goals. 

 

Training in parks and woodlands along with Circuit Training, inside or outside, are excellent ways to get fit.  These are especially beneficial for teams and groups. 

 

Motivating clients onwards, towards healthier and fitter lifestyles must be the leading or predominant aim of the Personal Trainer; using body weight and a range of practical tools to achieve this maxim.
